MasterSplitter version 3.5i has been released. What's new in the new version?
-Small fix to the Join tab and a few others. Also a fix to the not enough free disk space error message.

MasterSplitter version 3.0 has been released. After a very well received beta program. What's new in the new version?
-Finally: Skip Missing Pieces Support! This provides support for non sequential files (i.e when pieces are missing). Use this option only with files that do not have to be fully intact (e.g. video or audio formats). A progress report will even tell which pieces were missing at the end of the join process.
-Smarter "Send To" functionality.
-Associate *.001 files with MasterSplitter.
-A new status line is displayed below the progress bar tells you which file is being processed.
-Improvements for very large files 2-4 Gb.
-A few other minor changes to the program..

Changes Include:
Fully supports multitasking. Split, join, or compare in the background.
Can generate either DOS/Windows 3.1 or Windows 95/NT 4.0 compatible batch files for Windows 95 Version.
Windows 3.1 and Windows 95 Version of MasterSplitter fully compatible.
Automatically preserves the last modified time of the original file.
Automatically preserves the file permissions original file.
Automatically calculates a digital CRC checksum signature for each file. This protects against bit corruption during transmission by e-mail or floppy.
Setup program missing source files bug fixed.
